So, I realize that this is a hot topic -- but a search of the forums and browsing the guides did not turn up anything useful. A google search also lead to mostly nothing. There does appear to be an excellent program called Tunebite, but it doesn't recognize my hardware (presumably because of WMP 11 with Vista).

Is anyone aware of any software that will work in Vista to re-encode WMV/AVI etc to a non-DRM'd format (i.e., I have the license to view the content, but I don't want to have to be online to view).

Thanks for any pointers!
