Easy. Use Cubesoft Phoenix. It has an N64 loader function built-in.

It's a general all-in-one tool that does basically everything you could think of, with Gamecube, dating back before the Modchip era. Meaning, it integrates a few streaming programs, has the PSO hunter license bit programmed in, has a streaming feature for N64 roms, using a packed version of the N64 emulator ripped straight from the Zelda collector discs, it lets you make backups of your GC games, and a few other things.

But, it isn't flawless. I have come to prefer using command-line tools to do my work, since they don't take a minute and a half to start up.

Yes, it is free, but it can be difficult to track down if you just try to google it. so, just go here and hunt around to find it.

The gchack page is just linked straight from the nintendomax website.

What you want to do, is download Cubesoft Phoenix 2.45, install it, then extract the Cubesoft Phoenix 2.50 over top of the 2.45 install, since it's just a fix, really. From there, you should be good.
