About the Ilo v5 unit dvd recorder anyone have this problem

I was wondering if anyone had this problem.

I recorded a program last night from a vhs tape just fine then transfered it just fine too the computer then went back too reuse the disk in the Ilo and formatted it and then what does it do it now says there is no disk in the drive.

By the way using Imation DVD +RW.
