Hi i recently installed version 3.25b of mobile phone tools but theres a prob when i try to go in to multimedia studio it cuts off and it says processing failed but its all connecting ok untill i go in to multimedia studio can some1 tell me whats going on.

what phone are you using?

All you really need to do is click on the live update option of the software to get a more recent version installed. Many bugs were fixed in the 4.0.4 version. So you should update to at least version. The latest version available is now 4.2.1a.
