do anyone know whats the best popup blocker out there im tired of these sorry ass popup blocker program that dont work.

I think PanicWare's Pop-Up Stopper. However, if you're using FireFox or Opera, they have built-in pop-up blockers. If you're using Internet Explorer to browse the internet, you're looking for trouble, so a pop-up blocker is the least of your concerns.

Be aware also that about half the pop-up blockers you'll see on download.com or that you google for have spyware or adware included. Panicware and Pop-up Cop don't AFAIK.

-Since half the questions here involve media problems, here ya go: Only use Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden discs (get your TYs from Rima.com, not Supermediastore or meritline). Forget the rest, no matter what "brand" they sell under. Always burn at 4x speed regardless of the speed rating of this discs or your drive. If you have burn problems with these then you have to update your drive's firmware. For double-layer discs, only use Verbatim DVD+R DL and burn them at 2.4x speed.

If u r using IE then get:

Yahoo! Toolbar (Popup blocker & spywere scaner) - http://toolbar.yahoo.com/ie
plus on top of that u enable IE popup blocker for windows xp sp2

as Dunker said if u have firefor or Opera no need to worry about it
