hi I've got a new windows xp but when i download from the net i and try to open it i get a message to say windows can't open it as it does not no what program created it???
i downloaded some software to help me burn codes and cheats for ps2 i got them of AR max customer support? please can you keep it simple?

Now, what is the name of the file you downloaded?
Because it could be you just need either specialised software to burn it to a disc, or you need something like WinRAR to open the file and then use it.
