I bought a ethernet cable and then I plugged one wire into the network slot in the back of my slim ps2.I don't know where the other part of the wire goes into.I wanted to know if the other end of the wire goes into modem or does it go in the back of my computer?I have 2 memory cards, the online set up disc and I'm new to playing online.

When i had a cable modem(dont anymore) i always plugged it in to the modem and it worked great.
