I have two VOB files, different movies, and I want to put them on one DVD disc. Is there a way to have them under one title. I tried DVDShrink, and I put them both in ISO and burned that way, but it was in two different titles. So if I wanted to watch the second video, I couldn't use next chapter, I had to fast forward through the last scene of the first video to get to the next one.

Not sure if that made sense to anyone, hope it did. If anyone can help it would be appreciated, or if you need me to rephrase it.
thanks in advance

Hello.

Use Nero's NeroVision Express or TMPGEnc Author and import each video as a separate title. Next, make a menu to branch to either title. Both program have free trials.

Hello again.

No, if you don't have a menu, the titles will play sequentially. You will have to FF or chapter skip through the first title to get to the second. The only way to go directly to the second title is to have a menu branch to it.

You can place both clips under the same title in TMPGEnc Author or merge them together into a single clip in NeroVision Express and then set chapter markers. Maybe this is what you want to do. If so, that'll work.
