had this same problem myself, if you are using Nero to burn using ripit4me. i burned anyway despite the error message and the disks worked fine. supposedly the latest update (a couple of days ago) of ripit4me has corrected this problem. so you shouldn't get the "reallocation failed" message. even if you still get it, burn one anyway and see if you don't have a perfectly functioning disk. good luck.
