With correct code, insert a non accepted sim, press undo, enter the code in the restriction box and press OK

worked perfectly. the internet is on mmode instead of media for cinguar. is there any way that i can bypass this to use it?

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
