MY ROKR E1 IS BRICKED!!!! plz help me!

I was putting songs on my ROKR E1 and by accident the usb came out.
(This was after i copied my photos off my phone and put songs on it). After that I turned off my phone because i was going to charge it. (it was on low battery while i was putting stuff on my phone). When i put in the charger and tried to turn it on, nothing happend. I held the on button for about 5mins and no dice. Is it bricked? I am going to try to find my warranty (i bought my phone recently).
