NES on PS2 question.

I am in search for a NES emulator - the PS2 game version. I can find SNES emulator in the version of PS2 game, but for the NES it is only the PSX game. For my lacking of result, it makes me wonder such a thing as NES STATION - the PS2 game version - exists. So my questions are:
- I own HD advance. Is there anyway to rip the PSX game into the HDD of PS2? I tried HD advance cd version, but failed. (This question is the reason why I chose this board to post)
- Is there any tutorial which show how to "make" a PS2 game? I mean, the guy who made PS2 SNES STATION did it.

Making an emulator is slightly different than making a game... it IS possible to make your own game for the PS2, but you would need to have a good enough computer skill to do that
