Lighting for Panasonic PV-GS300

I am wanting to purchase some extra lighting for my Panasonic PVGS 300 camcorder. I will be filming and indoor concert in low light conditions ( lounge / bar ) with each set being approximately 30-40 minutes and there will be between 3-4 sets. I know the charge in most of these lighting adapters go for about 30 minutes. Are there any that go longer than that. Any reccomendations? Thanks!
