I'm sure I did something wrong but I've been looking for a while now and can't find the answer, so...

I used TMPGEnc to convert the Two Towers avi file into an m2v file.

The problem is that the movie shows up as only being 2:19 long when it should be 2:54.

Any ideas on where I screwed up? If I try playing the .vob files they come out to the right length.
