this is wat i have install:

slayer 2.6 -(evox)
300gb hard drive (working fine as E(5gb),F(120gb)&G(120gb) partions)
dvd2xbox 7.6
xbmc (360 ver)
AVAlauch

xbmc plays videos fine and ever thing abotu that is fine.

right,

i have a problem with playing games. i used to have the standard xbox hard inside using evox and it worked great(games load on hd or dvd). but now with my 300gb it gets to the loading screen on most games ((hd or dvd)colin,mech assult, tony hawks(official), etc) and just sits there and doesnt do anything.

the only thing is that metal slug 5 works (hd)fine.

is there a known problems that can fix.

please help. ive had so many problems with this whole xbox mod thing, its driving my crazy

go to your E/Cache folder and delete all the files in there......if that dont work delete the save files for them games...but try that first..

sorry for the double post. my comp crashed and i didnt know if it posted or not. ill try deleting the e/cache files tonite. (at work atm) hope it work becuase ive been told by other people that i neeed to install AID 3.0 and ive spend days uploading video files to my xbox and i dont have the room on my comp to tranfer than back.

do i delete the directory as well or just wats in the E:/cache/(files)

just the files...even if you delete the directory it will create another on its own....

game freezing usually has to do with the Cache thats probably what it is...

its all ok now. all i hve left to do is make xbmc the main loader when the power button is pushed. and the evox/inleash install dash when the eject button is pushed (atm its the installer when eject is pushed and evox dash when power button is pushed)

OK I Deleted The Cache files and the folder, and I have 2 games on my HD (Halo 2 and Splinter Cell)Before I Couldnt Press Start at the very beginning of Halo 2 without the game freezing and I couldnt start any game on Splinter Cell without it freezing, after I deleted the Cache files, Splinter Cell freezes at the same spot as before and Halo 2 freezes when I try to start up any map. I played one map for about 2 minutes, then it froze, and I tried again after reset, and it froze right at the start, then ater second reboot, I tried Splinter Cell, and it did the same thing... Is there any way to delete the Cache files Permanently because I think that might fix my problem.
