i want to know if there is any way i can get the new maps w/o buying them from like gamestop or something. it's for my friend who doesn't have xbox live and he can't buy the expansion discs they sell so is there any way he can the new maps w/o buying them

they are free onlive...all you have to do is download them....if his xbox modded he can download them from anywhere and put them on...

he doesn't have live at all but i do and it's not a modded xbox but i have live can i just copy my live account to a memory card and then just put it on his xbox and then hook it up to live and then download them???
