Hello everyone, I'm not a total n00b here, but I do have what may be a uniquely n00b sounding question. I'm wanting to know if, using a hard drive loader, there is any way to apply trainers to game images?

I have seen traces of something like this in existence for resident evil 4, but nothing else.

Basically, I want to know if it is possible to somehow patch the image on a ps2's hard drive, to make it able to run the game with some sort of 'game changing' cheat, or trainer. I already know that GS and AR don't work in conjunction with HDAdvance, but I am trying to see if there is any other way to cheat on games used on the HDAdvance 2.0(I know there's a 3.0, but if you want to see why I'm not dishing out more $$$ for it, look in the dictionary under cheapskate, you'll find my photo).

I have seen a couple references to this around AD forums, but the general response is 'check google'. If you're going to respond, please don't waste both our time with that. I checked google, and it's not there. All that can be found is a useful link for megagames(One of my favorite sites) who only has Pal/Ntsc changing stuff. And then there are a whole list of useless unrelated links that come up after that. If someone can REALLY show me to a site with more information on how to do this, I would be SO happy.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

lol, that thread is fairly old, I came across it not too long after it was written, otherwise I think it's quite hard to find now... :)
