PAL version of HDLoader work with NTSC games?

Would a PAL version of HDLoader be able to run NTSC games from HD? I've heard mixed answers..

HDAdvance works too, I have HDAdvance on my V9 and it runs all games (PAL, NTSC-J, NTSC)
