I used DVDShrink to try to both copy a full disk and to remaster and copy only the main movie file. I tried to make an iso as well as copying to a folder on the hard drive. In all cases what I end up with is a bunch of files with a "100" extension. Anyone know what they are and how to handle them????

that has never happened to me before, but try this:

1.) Start DVD Shrink

2.) 'Analyze' (top left) your dvd.

3.) Click full disk backup.

That should work. It always does for me. If it doesn't, try re-installing DVD Shrink. Hope that helps.

Your HDD is probably formated in FAT32, it cannot create a file bigger than 4g so when you try to create an iso file, it will break it down. If you are using XP suggest your format it to the standard of NTFS and you won't have this problem. Do you want to burn these files or just play them. Since many players will not play iso files. If you want to burn them suggest you use DVD Decrypter and choose iso as your output and then burn with Decrypter.

hi :)
a small addition. even with fat32 you'll still be ok for a burn
once shrink has done it's job and you've got your files on hdd (i assume with decrypter) you then will find maybe 1..2..3..4 or more "100" ext' and 1 small MDS file, this MDS file has all the information for decrypter to burn the said movie. so select the MDS file and burn with decrypter
