new to burning, my movies play fine in my kids dvd player but freezes and get pixels at the last part of movie on my dvd playere. why.

Sounds like that player doesn't like the media your using. Burn speeds can also play a factor.
So what's the media your using and the burn speed?

DVD+R 16speed some of this movie work fine some not.

What KIND of media r u using?What Brand?

If top speed is 16x try burning them at 8x if u r not already.

I am using FUJIFILM I will try to burn a 8X speed and see if that helps.

Also reduce your target size in your Shrink preferences to custom and set it to 4364, that will keep you away from burning too close to the edge.
