My original disk plays full screen but the copy when played looks as though it is wide screen with a large black border top and bottom. Any way to fix this?

What program r u using to bacup your origanal?

And check the settings on that program for editing the movie files ore something, go through all the settings.

Ore you can download DVD Shrink 3.2, i love this program, never had any problems, go to google and search fore it there, you will find something there

I used DVD Decrypter to burn the mds file and the problem corrected itself. Thanks all for your responses.
