My friend found a link to HDAdvance/Loader downloads..I was wondering if they actually worked because I can't find a copy on EBay or anywhere..

Out of all of them, which one is newest/unbuggy? I assume it doesn't matter if I burn to DVD/CD?

Never mind heh, I already found a legit link. Only thing I don't know now is if burning to CD or DVD matters

The one in the link is HDLoader (I think the latest is 0.8b), to use that you need swap magic or modchip, if you don't have these you need to buy HDAdvance (http://www.hdadvance.com/) which is a pressed version of HDLoader 0.7c, but if you don't have that I suggest you get swap magic then download HDLoader 0.8b, it's much better than 0.7c.

Are the CD and DVD versions of HDloader 8b make a difference? or does it not matter what one you use. Sorry, just asking this question because i know it matters with swap magic, i.e you put the swap magic CD version in to play ps2 CD games vice versa.

Nope doesn't matter, you can boot it from CD/DVD/MC/USB and it'll work the same
