Hi, shrink won't let me shrink my file (originally 1 gb) to anything under 49.9% compression. But since there are people who shrink whole movies to 500 mb, i was wondering how you are able to shrink it beyond 49.9% because shrink wont let me. Thanks.
edit: in other words, how do i shrink the main movie to like 500 mb

there are many ways to shrink files but what kind of picture quality are we talking here? one way is to turn your movie into an AVI or mpeg 2 or some video file type of your choice.. its up to you and what program[s] you use .. i know Nero will shrink a dvd to a cd..i think it makes a mp4 [but dont quote me on that]..its a program on Nero [depending on version#] i havnt used it yet cause im picky when it comes to my back-ups, i want the full deal, menus and all! but hopefully this will get you started in the right direction Good Luck!
