when i make calls or recieve calls i hear the other person clearly but they complain that they can't hear me because my voice is to low. The razr phone i had before this one was working fine so i know it's not me. i did a little research and found out that there are programs i could use to adjust my problem. but when i connect my phone to p2kman(program to fix my problem) doesn't connect to my phone. i use the usb cable. i also have the mobile phone tool which i used to transfer pics and music to my Razr V3. so i know that the cable works. Please help me fix this problem. Maybe ther are other programs that could help.
