I found the link to Phone Tools at this link, http://rapidshare.de/files/3221238/Moto_3.23.rar.html

It is MPT 3.23 but just keep upgrading it till you reach at least 4.21, when thats done make sure your usb cable is plugged into com 3 or 4.
Plug the razor in and let it find the Motorola USB Modem driver and let it install it. Then unplug your phone the power it off and then back on and let it boot all the way then run MPT, when it asks for you to plug you phone in do it and then your done. Everthing works fine with the program, you can share ringtones and pics along with your calendar and your contact.

ok i have the program and i sent da ringtone 2 my phone but it doesnt show up on my phone and it use to let me but not anymore can u help me?
