Where can i download this from and is there a guide that show me how to burn it to a CD or DVD.I have ver 2.0 but it time to upgrade.

you can't download HDAdvance 3.0, you have to buy it. if you have a modchip/swap magic you can download HDLoader 0.8b from http://www.sksapps.com/

Or using his 2.0 he could install the Memory card exploit of it.

The Memory Card expploit lets you run programs such as hdloader from memory card. IS there any chance you have a ps1 game? a ps1 game is required to get the exploit to actually boot.
How it works:
When the ps1 disc is being read the PS2 checks for a Disc ID (SLUS/SLES/SCES + its number) if that code is found on a file in memory card slot 1 then it will load BOOT.ELF from the memory card, boot.elf can be any program that you want.

Using your copy of hdloader you can copy a exploit installer disc to your hdd then use install it.
Giving you the latest copy of hdloader.
Exploit can also be used to load Media players, emulators and homebrew games.
