Update your DVDFab Decrypter, the current is 2.9.8.1. Also, as stated check and make sure the disk is not scratched or smudged, try cleaning it or return it for another original.
Hawthorne, thats usually what works for me too.... but not in this case... I too cannot burn Freedomland... It never loads with Nero Recode.... it freezes with shrink..... I have AnyDVD up and running in the background.... its up to date.... have no idea on this one... considering getting RitIt4me giving it a whirl...

Here is the error message I get with Shrink and AnyDVD shortly after anayliziation begins
DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Failed to read file "F:\"
Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
(I tried to removed trailers and adverts with AnyDVD so maybe it might skip the part of the disc or whatever the cause of this error is but no luck there either... still get the message about halfway through) So I cannot rebuild or restructure the dvd if I cannot analyze it right? or is there another way?
lol.. as a last resort I could always try real timing it... surely it will record that way.

had no problem with this movie dvdfab/vobblanker/shrink.
the version i used was an older one, so you should not have any problems with dvdfab. i'll bet its a bad disc or scratched/dirty.
