Neo Fix XIV Problem

Yeah, I recently purchased a DMS4 PRO S.E. and it came with a Neo Fix XIV: http://www.modchip.com/ps2/v12laserfix.htm. My first step was to install the Neo Fix XIV. The problem I have is with this diagram: http://modchip.com/installpics/laserfix/dia-neofixxiv-v12v13.jpg. I soldered J1, K, 5V, J1, GND, and unsoldered TB. Yet, I don't know where to solder T1,T2,F1, AND F2. Also once installed how do I know if it is working? Can anyone help with with this problem, Thank you.

T1,T2,F1, AND F2 should be soldered next to the small chips that are shown in the picture, the need to place the fix in that exact position for this to work. In order to see if it works, first only solder the 5v, J1 and GRD, and turn your ps2 on, if the PIC is working the ps2 should turn itself off after 3 seconds, if not its not working or mis-installed.

Solder- what do u mean you unsoldered TB...aren't you just supposed to open it?
