hey,
I'm a noob when it comes to nokia phones and I thought to look to experts on afterdawn.com. So, I have a friend who wants to use an optus sim in a Nokia 6102b handset but she can't because "Restriction On" keep showing up. I tried to download generators, but I'm afraid I'll screw it up even more.

Here's the information, if it helps. I've browsed through other threads so I'm at my end here. :( :D.

Model: Nokia 6102b
Network: cingular wireless usa
IMEI: 357100/00/170954/9

If anyone could help, then I would be eternally grateful. And I'll give you all the credit when talking to my friend.
