I have a mpeg file that does not play in windvd but plays in windows media player, i am trying to convert it to vcd dvd but no matter what i use errors always occur, usually saying allegal mpeg stream i have tried tmpgenc with no avail i believe it is an mpeg4 file does anyone know a way of repairing this.
