so you're sure it's an ISO file even though it has a WinRAR icon? Get Nero or Alcohol 120% both are good and are able to burn on CDs and DVDs.

Oh right- so what's on the contents of the RAR file? If it's just files and no iso then extract it and use a program like PowerISO or MagicISO to manually make an ISO image from the files you have- then you can burn the ISO file with whatever burner you have.
But if the RAR file has an ISO inside then just extract and burn (1 less step).

edit--
BTW cut down on the sig size you got way too much paddin and text on it- read the forum sig rules http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/335894 if you're gonna have a text only sig then 5 lines is the most.

Alright, i've burned Warcraft 3 with IMGBurn and all went well. when i tried it out a window poped up and said: Please verify that your Warcraft III disc is in your CD-Rom drive, then click on 'Retry'. I've tried using the cd drive and dvd drive but still won't work. As far as i know there is no cd copy protection.(scanned using 5star Gamecopy)

*p.s. plz note that i downloaded this game

You'll need to find a no-cd crack, since you downloaded the game- it's illegal and thus against forum rules for you to ask for help on this matter and so I wont be giving you a direct link to the crack.
