OK,I Think I know What Emulators are But I'm Not sure what Roms Are?
How Do They Work ? How Do I get The Games To My HDD?
Im Going To Hotswap My Xbox Can I Just Install an Emulator Directly To My Xbox HDD If So How Do I do It?
And also for Ex. If I Install an SNES emulator on my xbox From where Do I get The Games to Install On my HDD?

Well first off you should not be asking those types of questions here. The use of roms is piracy unless you own the original carts. If you really need the answers try googling for them. Please do not get yourself banned!
