Sony HandyCam DCR-HC26: VHS to DVD?

I've got a little problem here. I bought this video camera and I want to convert some old VHS's to DVD. The problem is that this video camera will not connect to any TV, VCR, DVD, etc. unless it can be connected via i.LINK.

Is there anyway to get around this? Thanks.
