If I go into matchmaking with a modder my account wont get banned right? And also if I'm modding on 1 account and my 2nd account is logged in and I just put him in the party while I mod will the 2nd account get banned because they are on the same xbox..or will I just have to sign in on another xbox and another tv and put the accounts in the same room.

if both accounts are on just one xbox then they will both get banned because the account that you just have in the party not doing anything is reading the modded map that you have on your xbox also
