PLEASE help Bloodhound.tibs Virus

Hello, I have downloaded this virus bloodhound.tibs and Norton cant do anything with it. Can someone PLEASE help me with getting rid of it? Thanks for your time.

Well, that particular maleware is a bad one. Get the following programs to remove it. I know you can find the programs at http://download.com

Ad-Aware (Lavasoft)
Spybot Search & Destroy

Now go to http://ewido.com/us
Get Ewido

Go to http://hijack-this.org
Get Hijack this and save it to your c drive.

To get in safe mode restart your computer and as the splash screen comes up start pressing F8 repeatedly. This will bring up an options window and you may choose safe mode from there.

Note: Many people ask me why they have to run the software in safe mode so I will tell you. The start up programs do not run. This gives the running programs the ability to scan the entire system.

Now once you are in safe mode run all the programs listed above except Hijack This (HjT). Also run your Norton. After you have completed that your system should be clean but I would like you to run an HjT log in standard mode and post it here for me to read.

Note #2: Do not remove items until I tell you to. This could harm your system.

Thanks, I had to reformat the C: drive and reinstall everything. But this may helpout someone else in the future. Thank you for your time and help.

You are welcome. I always tell people not to reformat their drive because I can usually find the problem for them. Keep that in mind, and if you don't have the programs I mentioned you might want to get them. They are great for weekly cleaning.
