I bought this unit with the hopes of cleaning some shelf space of old VCR movies which we purchased in hopes of converting them to DVD's.
Made sense to me. I could then store the old VCR's in containers out of the way and making our shelves look more friendly.
Anyway it stops recording because of stating the movie is protected. If this is true then I purchased the unit for no good reason except to convert some old family videos to dvds.
Can anyone suggest a way around this delimna.
