I recently got banned for posting content unrelated to the subject and then telling the guy who "ratted" (couldnt think of a better word, seems fitting anyway) to not use caps as they usually mean screaming/yelling. Now I'm all for banning people who spam forums or use them to abuse others, but for posting not related to the subject, c'mon. Another thing, this would have been my first warning (if their were such things here) but no instead i was banned. Now i know some mod is going to come on here and say "o a ban is a warning enough" but does it really have to jump to that point? Whatever happen to 3 strikes you're out rule, or the good ol' fashioned 'please dont do that again'. So all im asking for is a little restraint when looking at that ban button, or even better if the mods/addicts/senoir members didnt hold the halo over their heads whenever they log on. And judging from the last ban the mods here are pretty trigger happy so this post is probably going to get me banned, even though it follows all the rules. I love democracy.

kibblz has a point in this case. He did talk some shit, but was goaded in return. Someone who is not a mod, TOLD him what to do. I see no one who did the right thing. I guess it is who you know.

Adminastrators run the site. They can do anything they want to members or moderators......Moderators can't ban other moderators or Admin....I don't even think they can ban Addicts...I think only Admin can....Atleast that is what I heard.

yeah then they get thrown in the pit out back and are left to rot. you see, we deal in highly sensative information here, and staff members are opened up to some real deep stuff, more than the mods. so if a staff member ever needs to be "removed", we simply have them killed. thats where the mods come in, Neph and I usually start with the lower limbs just because you can inflict so much pain with such a small variety of tools, but creaky and ddp tend to like the upper portions best, call me crazy but i think they like the screaming (well until the tongue is removed that is). we do our jobs then we all go have tea or coffee together (or liquid plumber for neph, he likes the minty goodness). as a front dRD lets us moderate the forums, kinda gives us something to do until the next staff member screws up. they dont like us hanging around the office much, makes the staff nervous. hey i cant help it that studying a target before hand makes a job much easier! personally i think the staffers wouldn't mind having us around if we could stop creaky from running announcing the parts he wants to keep before the person is even fired!

EDIT: correction...neph likes the cherry flavored liquid plumber best)
