I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED THIS FREE SCREENSAVER.

The icon on desktop says:
Configure Organic Art
( this free screensaver was downloaded on Windows XP )
It's a new Dell Computer.

I've tried to get this program to work but
when I'm not working on the computer......this
free screensaver does nothing. How do I activate
this program ?? There are some very cool options to
place within the available column ( which I have
already done ) but it still doesn't seem to be activated.
In short, still no screensaver after trying different
things !! If you know about this FREE screensaver I would
appreciate any help. Thanks a million in advance !!

I noticed that no one has answered this. I went to the site and downloaded it. After download it asks you to restart the computer. When you restart it gives you the option to make changes there. I also noticed that there were 4 mirror sites. The text above read that if one site does not work to try another.
You can go in the control panel and choose display. On the tab that says screen saver you can make sure the screen saver is set appropriately and you can set the time for it to come on. If you are still having problems with it try the control panel. I hope that helped.

Thanks for your efforts.....but I'm still having the same problem.
NOTE: After clicking Configure Organic Art icon
on my desktop, a menu pops up and I checked
DITHER 8-BIT RGB MODEL..on the right side
( then I clicked APPLY before clicking OK ).
Did I do this correctly ??
Why ?? Well, this FREE screensaver still doesn't
activate. Obviously, I need a little more help
if you could spare the time. Thanks in advance.

I really don't know what to tell you about why it is not working. The only thing that I know is that the download places an item in your registry. Maybe you should try downloading it again.

Yes !! I did download this same FREE screensaver
a second time. Since it still doesn't activate
I'd like to have additional help. If there is
another member here who knows how to get
Organic Art, MS Edition

Well, I have XP Pro running NTFS and it ran for me. Are you sure your statement is accurate? Of course I set it on a one-minute delay and just waited to make sure it worked. Then I removed it from both Add/Remove and the registry entries.

The " Organic Art - Microsoft Edition " was downloaded
on Windows XP home version ( not Windows XP Pro ).
I still haven't been able to activate it
( if varikus is correct, it may end up being
impossible to do so ).
Question: What's the nearest FREE animated 3D Art
screensaver to " Organic Art - Microsoft Edition " ??
If someone could post a link to any free screensaver
similar to the one mentioned here I'd really appreciate it.
Keep in mind, it has to work on Windows XP home version.
Thanks in advanced for your kind efforts.

MESSAGE FOR syxguns

I think it's strange too !! You would think the
" Organic Art - Microsoft Edition " site could tell
a person what operating system this FREE screensaver
ran on ( it would prevent a lot of frustration later !! ).
I'm still looking for a FREE screensaver as good
as the one mentioned. So, if any AfterDawn member
could post a link to one as great for Windows XP home edition
I'd really appreciate the pointer. I'm looking myself
.....and when I find a 3D abstract art ANIMATED (free)
screensaver I'll be sure to post the link so others
can have a stimulating experience.

where it runs on 3 different Windows operating systems.
I downloaded this FREE screensaver one more time
from this site but it still doesn't activate.
What in the world could I be doing wrong ??
Maybe someone can give me a few more details
on how to activate this screensaver.
