i recently bought a modded xbox. how do i know if it is hard modded or soft modded

do you see mochip, external switch or light inside the xbox? if so, it is hardmod.

So you see the red light flashing inside the xbox and underneeth the DVD drive, right? If so, that is a modchip.

softmod sounds exactly how it is software
