I need help w/ dvd decrypter

I am new at this and my first time trying i got an error. It won't get past 1% of the copy. This is my error message:
I/O Error!

Device: [3:1:0] IDE-DVD ROM 16x HD09 (F:) (ATA)

ScsiStatus 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condidtion

CDB: 28 00 00 00 AA 90 00 00 01 00
Interpretation: Read (10) - Sector: 43664

Sense Area: 90 00 03 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 11 00 00 00 00 00
Interpretation: Unrecovered Read Error

What movie are you trying to do? Download DVDFab Decrypter which is free and then use this to rip to your HDD. You may be trying to do a movie that DVDD cannot handle the protection on. If you still get an error, try cleaning the disk it may be scratched/smudged or has some other imperfection if it still does not work then return it for another original.

1. clean disk.........make sure you clean in straight lines from inner circle straight out to the outer circle..... do not rub in round circles around the disk! by cleaning the disk you can avoid Unrecovered Read Error! It's telling you to Check Condidtion. After cleaning try again.

2. if you disk has scratchs and cleaning doesn't help, then get a new copy of the disk.
