Hi Peoples,

Currently I have a problem. I have inserted the DVD into the PC -loaded it up on DVD Shrink and clicked re-author. The DVD is a compilation of music video clips - however DVD Shrink is showing it as one whole video (going over an hour or so).

My question is - IS there a way I can actually 'crop' each music film clip from that one big movie? So in other words - rather than having one big video that shows all 22 music video clips one after another I would end up with 22 seperate videos. IS there a way I can do that whether it be on DVD Shrink or another program?

Any help would be great! Thanks guys

First backup the whole movie of only the music videos, Then use dr.DivX to convert all the files to AVI ore whatever u wish, then use Allok Video Splitter to cut the movie to pieces, below u will find a link to downloading Allok, if u dont have dr.DivX u can google it.

Allok Video Splitter is a powerful tool to split, cut or trim a large AVI, DivX, MPEG, MPG, DAT, ASF/WMV, RM, RMVB, MOV file into smaller clips in various format.

The included video player and different splitting mode let you split or cut a movie file to smaller clips easily.You can extract multiple segments of any size or multiple pieces of equal size automatically.

You can even use it to convert a single file. Output format include AVI, MPEG I/II, VCD, SVCD, DVD, WMV/ASF. Support different AVI video Codecs, such as DivX, XviD, MPEG4; NTSC/PAL setting options for DVD, VCD, SVCD exporting; Change the framerate, image size etc as you like.

The interface is very user-firenldy and easy-to-use. Very quick in conversion speed and no quality is lost!

Awesome - works great! Now I have only ONE more question. Out of the 4 different conversion types which one will give me the best quality result? I'm converting an AVI and here are the options:

* AVI/DivX
* MPEG - I/II
* VCD/SVCD/DVD
* WMV/ASF

So if anyone knows that would be great! Thanks

Oh by the way - I want to convert them to MP4 format so I can play the videos on my iPod so whatever conversion type needs to be able to be converted into MP4 format using Videora iPod Converter
