TMPGEnc 2.5 Plus
There is an attribute that have to be checked to removed that horrible tinny sound. The location is in:
Option (main menu)
Environmental setting (item menu)
Audio engine (tab)
Sampling frequency convertor (group)
High quality (low speed)
I had the same problem but when I used this option the sound was better.
