6280 is a BB5 Nokia which means you will need to try and get your code from the original service provider, but will cost. There is no other way (at this time) to unlock it.

I Dont Know If I Need The Unlock Code Because It Says The Phone Is Resricted So Can Please Someone Provide Me With a Restriction Code For My Phone Details Are In Above Message.

There is another member who has just bought the software of the same guy. I am 100% certain that it is fake.
