Need help desperately: SM-Coder with Magic Keys, King of Fighters XI.

Alright, i had written about this before but, had fixed it through video force. I put KOFXI in and now the screen is back to what it was before, something similar to bad Antenna reception with the screen moving vertically and not stopping. I have a PAL to NTSC booster on my TV which cures the black and white but now I'm unable video force it to stay still.

Has anyone had this problem before? and for that fact, know how to fix it?

i will be taking a guess... but have you checked the ps2 AV port/AV cable, if any golden tabs are missing in it? Because some of the golden tabs on my AV cable are missing.

i found the problem, like a retard i kept choosing PAL boot. i didn't realize that the menu meant what kind of system boot, i thought it meant the kind of disc you were inserting.

thanks a bunch for the response though.

ps. i heard of other ps2 and xbox doing the same with the missing gold tabs, solution giving the wire a little shimmy til the screen stops or good old, dirty radio shack for a new av cable
