My Uncle is running windows xp im unsure what service pack,he has been in the hospital fighting cancer,and his sons,nephews and nieces have been on his machine.short story he has called me asking me for my help he banks with woodforest bank.he is unable to view his bank statements,he has called their help desk and they had him try all kinds of things,they tell him he has lost his encrpytion and that is why he is unable to view his statement.i believe he is running internet explorer.before i go over their i would like some inside of what to do,before i have to reformat everything.if u need more info just ask.
