NEC ND-1100A does not work with Intenso-Black CD-R !?

Hi,
hope someone can help.
I tried to read and burn Intenso-Black CD-R 700MB 1X-48X with no luck :(....

Do you know the reason?

If you are using an early version of Nero or otehr software it will only allow up to 650MB on to one disk. However, since you are using a DVD Writer, i presume you installed newer software enabling DVD's to be burnt. In that case - buy better brands.

Not every drive is capable of using all available cdr or dvdr disks, that's why you have to test a few and find which ones work best with your drive. And the black disks may be the hardest to read and write to.

Even my 6 year old CD-Rom Drive can read the Intenso-Black CD's. There must be another reason.
