I dont really care about this but it does puzzle me, I jsut noticed that I have 540 posts and Im pretty sure I should be a senior member now. Any Theories?

It sometimes has to go though the system first.I wasn't a senior member until I was already at 600 lol.But hey it's life.

Yeah its buging me to i have made 694 post since i started this account and im still a memeber. I keep telling myself its going to be soon but unfortuently im still a plain old member. Guess i posted a lot more in the safety valve then i thought.

Wait this is just a general question.
When you post in the saftey valve does it count towards your post count on the my account section?
I know it doesnt help you upgrade to member or whatever. But does it show up in hte my account section??

This comes up often on here. The way I understand it (I could be wrong), the rank adjustments are automatic by post count, but the changes only happen at certain times of the month. For example: If ranks were changed yesterday and then today someone hits the 500 mark, they may have a 3-4 week wait before they get moved up. I know everyone likes to see their rank go up, but don't let it be the most important part of being a member here. Just post the best information you can and in time you will get there. CONGRATS SENIORS
