Hard drive not formatting to the correct size after HDloader.

Ok my little 20gb hard drive is missing a few megs(bout 800mb) and i think its because of the MBR and associated files of either HDloader 0.8b or the HDD Format Tool. I want to clone another 20 gig hard drive that currently is in my computer running Windows XP but it keeps showing less than 19gigs no matter what i do. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do i totally get rid of the partition cuz it ain't showing up when i format under Windows.

you will never get the exact size in a PC. Not sure if that is true of HD Loader or not. The listed size is never exactly correct.
like a 160GB hard drive formatted in a PC will only show about
151GB after you format it.
