I succesfully created my first vcd, but it would not display correctly on my tv set. It is a widescreen (2.35:1) movie superimposed on a 4:3 image. When it is sent to my tv it stretches the picture and the black bars, instead of removing them and having only small black bars. Is there a way to save a vcd using TMPGEnc as a widescreen video that is reconizable by my DVD player (Panasonic RP62) by removing the black bars, or by vertically stretching the image so that when it is horizontally stretched by my tv it will be correct. My tv does have an expand mode that gets rid of these black bars, but I can not do this in progressive mode and it looks like crap.

-Thanks for any help, Will
