iclick DVD problem

I have iclick DVD 5 and some times when I copy DVDs there is no sound,some times I get nothing at all.This happens on many diferent kinds of disc.What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you do not have DTS selected. Unless of course the movie has DTS audio.
